Stephanie Pink
Born in Vancouver and raised in Victoria, Steph completed her BSc in Psychology at the University of Victoria. Hoping to continue the family business, she entered real estate during her last year of university and worked with her father Tom for her first year in the business. You can expect Stephanie to provide the highest quality of real estate service while empathizing with your individual needs. Her greatest satisfaction as a realtor comes with helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Stephanie’s local knowledge of Victoria enables her to find you the perfect property, whether it be a home, acreage or an investment opportunity. Steph is actively involved with the Victoria Real Estate Board, having served on the Government Liaison Committee in 2007-08, the Business Practices Committee in 2009 and is currently serving for the 2010 Government Liaison Committee. Steph is a multi year recipient of the Victoria Real Estate Board's MLS® Bronze and Gold sales awards.
Larry Anderson
Larry received his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Criminology and International Development from the University of Ottawa. While volunteering on Parliament Hill, he developed a keen interest in legislation and community development, which is the basis of his concern for the direction of Victoria.
Larry's kind spirit and affinity for meeting new people made the decision to start a career in real estate a very easy choice.
Tom Pink
Tom was born in St. Catherines, Ontario and raised in Vancouver. After graduating from UBC with a B.A. in English and a subsequent year of appraisal at Langara College, he spent two years with the Assessment Authority. Tom realized that his unique ability to connect with people would be better utilized in sales. After becoming licensed in 1976, he started in residential sales and later moved to the commercial arena, where he specialized in apartment buildings. At Goddard and Smith International, Tom quickly rose to be one of the company’s top producers.
In 1994, Tom answered the call of the island and moved his family to Victoria. Continuing his focus on apartment sales, Tom also expanded his business to include commercial leasing and sales, residential sales and property management. With nearly 30 years in real estate, Tom provides his clients with the professionalism and expertise that only decades of experience can bring.
