We arrange for a professional to take interior and exterior photos, measure and prepare a floorplan of the residence.  Professional photos make your property look the best is possibly can on the web and floorplans give prospective buyers a feel for the layout of your home before they see it.  We also take visitors to our website on a video tour of the property or a professionally composed virtual tour.

Information Brochure

We prepare a full colour feature sheet for use at the property during showings and open houses and distribute these to prospective buyers.  The floorplan is included on the reverse side of the feature sheet.

Broadcast Email

Just after your property is listed on the MLS system, we will prepare a customized full detail e-newsletter for distribution to all Victoria Realtors.  This brings their property directly to their attention and can be easily forwarded on to their clients.

With your permission, we are committed to a consistent schedule of open houses.  In today's market, open houses can be the key to getting your property sold.  On the weekend, we will hold open houses for members of the public and when the property is first listed, we will hold an open house for agents.
